Timothy Kotikot, KAVI-ICR study clinician giving a presentation on Genital Tract Infection Among Self-Identified Low Risk Women Attending KAVI-VZV-001 Study in Nairobi, Kenya during the Kenya Clinical Officers Association 20th Annual Scientific Conference under the theme “The Role and Impact of Clinical Officers Practice in Devolved Governance Structures 7 Years Post Devolution” held at the Noble Hotel, Eldoret, Kenya as from 8th – 10th August 2018.
Different topics were also presented crosscutting Health Care Management, Infectious Diseases, Non- Communicable Diseases, Clinical Specialties-Experiences, Non- Frontiers, and Best Practices in Clinical Medicine.
The conference brought together scholars and practitioners from all over Kenya, East Africa and other parts of the world to discuss contemporary issues and challenges in the field.
The goal is to advance the understanding of the role & impact of clinical officers, enhance the knowledge of all the practitioners and facilitate collaboration on research. ​
