Public Randomization Meeting

The first Public Randomization Meeting was held at the University of Nairobi, KAVI – Institute of Clinical Research Boardroom. Spearheaded by KAVI-Institute of Clinical Research (KAVI-ICR), University of Nairobi in partnership with National Institute of Health Research –Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (NIHR-LSTM) through the country Lead/PI Dr Sabina Wakasiaka, it brought together all stakeholders from our participating sites/clusters across the country.

Grant Writing Mentoring – Introductory Webinars

The UANDISHI-Building Capacity in Scientific Writing program shall host a
4-part series of Grant Writing Mentoring Webinars titled “Grant Writing
101”. Our speakers are renowned researchers experienced in writing and
winning research grants.
The second webinar of the series will be on 17th October 2023, 6:00 pm to
8:00 pm, and will cover the following topics:

  • Introduction And How to Handle Unsuccessful Grant Applications.
  • After Setting Up The Grants Teams.
  • Budgetary Aspects.
