KAVI-ICR was pleased to host Prof. Rose Jepchumba Kosgei, newly appointed Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies, Faculty of Health Sciences, during a courtesy visit to the Institute.

The visit brought together KAVI-ICR leadership and newly elected student leaders from the Faculty of Health Sciences and UNSA for an engaging discussion on mentorship, research exposure, academic growth and opportunities for continued collaboration.

University of Nairobi researchers and leadership joined national stakeholders at the Science, Technology, Research and Innovation for Society (STRI4Society) Week 2026 held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi.

The week-long forum brought together policymakers, scientists, innovators, academia, industry and development partners to advance conversations on the role of science, research, technology and innovation in national development.
